I’m Dr. LaChrystal (LC) Ricke, CEO and Principal of of SpeakForward, a communication strategist and TEDx presenter with more than 20 years across corporate, academic, and nonprofit environments.
I’ve led teams, advised clients, and communicated through high-stakes moments where clarity wasn’t optional, including more than a decade in the demanding world of investment research, eventually as Managing Director.
I hold a PhD in Communication, but the most valuable lessons in my career haven’t come from theory. They’ve come from doing the work: turning complexity into clarity, helping people find their voice, and making ideas easier to understand and act on.
